SNORKELING IN CENOTES

Come to discover crystalline waters of the mythical Cenotes by snorkeling !

The cenotes (from the Mayan dz'onot) are potholes or sinkholes filled with fresh water, fresh and clear up to several tens of meters deep. Located in the middle of the jungle, the cenotes may communicate with the sea and hence offer shows mixtures of seawater and freshwater called "halocline".

Equipped with a life jacket, fins, a mask. We drive you in one of the cenotes.
The water being of an incredible transparency, you can see the sun's rays crossing it.
This activity is accessible to all, whatever is your age or your level of swimmer. The fresh water 25°C, fresher(cooler) than the sea, is very refreshing.
Accompanied with our guide, you will go back in time by swimming in this legendary place. No need of boat, it's ideal for the persons dreading the seasickness.
