PADI Rescue Diver

Literally “Rescue Diver", this training takes place over five days, and you will tackle scuba diving in another way. This course will highlight your ability to analyze situations and solve problems that can happen while diving.

During sessions in confined water (pool) and open water, you will learn:

1. How to rescue.
2. How to anticipate difficulties in knowing how to recognize and manage the stress of other divers.
3. How to manage incidents and accidents in diving and use of emergency equipment.
4. How to rescue panicked or unconscious divers.

One of our instructors will teach you how to anticipate diving incidents, accident management and first aid techniques.

Prerequisites:
To follow this course, you must:

1. Be at least 12 years old.
2. Be certified as a Advanced Diver PADI (or have a qualifying certification issued another organization).
3. Have completed a course in first aid and CPR within the last two years and have remained to date. (Ask your instructor for information on courses in first aid and CPR Emergency First Response).
